Quotes
Estimates given online, by text, or by phone are based on the information and photos you provide. Your final price is confirmed on site before any work starts.
Items we can't take
We can't take hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, fuel, propane tanks, or asbestos. Please tell us about anything unusual before your pickup.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own the items or have permission to have them removed, and that our crew has safe access to them.
Scheduling and cancellations
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Canceling or rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your appointment. After that, a $50 fee may apply, since we hold that time for you.
